How is the partner program priced?

Tier-based — talk to us. Pricing depends on volume, vertical, and the depth of customization required. Submit the application and we'll schedule a discovery call to scope a tier.

Is the program exclusive in my vertical or region?

Exclusivity is not granted by default. Partners with proven distribution in a specific vertical or geography can request category exclusivity as part of the discovery call. Decisions are made case by case.

How deep does customization go?

At minimum: logo, primary color, custom domain, and the public-facing copy. Deeper customization — feature gating per tier, removal of DCS branding from outbound messages, vertical-specific templates — is available on higher partner tiers.

Who supports the end customer?

Partner handles tier-one customer support — the partner owns the customer relationship. DCS provides partner-facing technical support, runtime status, and an escalation path for platform-level issues.

What's the platform SLA?

99.9% monthly uptime on the agent runtime and core APIs. Status posted publicly. Partner-tier incidents have a defined response window covered in the partner agreement.
